Powerful Tags to filter and segment member data.
Tags are automatically added and removed to Contacts when their membership changes, or when they register for an event or buy a Video CLE. That makes it easy to create a segmented email list for things like active members who sponsored last year’s annual dinner. Or members who bought tickets to a CLE Workshop. Or members who haven’t attended any seminars this year. You can build lists that are as general or specific as you want.
And you can create, apply and remove your own tags to build even more complex segemented lists.

We make it easy to publish events and workshops, and sell tickets to members and non-members.
Our Events calendar makes it easy to publish events, set ticket pricing, and put limits on the number of tickets sold. Our system even allows you to limit specific tickets — like a discounted members-only ticket — to active members only.

With MemberVana, it’s easy to create events. Just add a title and description, set a date and time, and click a button to publish it. It’ll automatically show up in a beautiful calendar, complete with Day, Month and List views, and it’s fully responsive so it works even on something as small as a phone. Want to make an event for members only? No problem. With a single click you can require viewers to login to see the details.
Sell tickets online and set limits and restrictions.
Creating a ticket for an event takes just a few clicks. You can even create multiple tickets at different prices. We make it easy to create limits on ticket sales or require Members to login to get free or discounted tickets. No need to go back and manually verify if they have a membership!
You can even schedule ticket sales, so they are only available for purchase during a set date and time period.

Easy, automated membership sales and renewals.
When someone signs up for a Membership by credit card, they’re automatically enrolled in recurring payments. Next year, they’ll get automated emails letting them know their membership is going to renew. Their credit card gets charged automatically, and you don’t have to chase down payments.
Pass on credit card processing fees.
If you want to accept credit cards, your merchant processor will take a transaction fee (in most cases $0.30 plus 2.9%). With MemberVana you can choose to pass those fees onto your members and donors as convenience fees if they pay by credit card.
Sell CLE classes, videos and other materials.
MemberVana makes it easy to monetize educational materials. If you’ve recorded past CLE classes, you can easily sell videos and other materials online. With MemberVana’s variable pricing and protection options, you can even make those materials available to members for free, while charging non-members.
